Situated in the suburb of Tel Aviv Israel, the Marc Topilsky architects created two single family house sharing a central courtyard and pool. This house designed with 3 levels area; office in basement design surrounded by a sunken garden to allow Natural light and ventilation, public area in ground floor and living area in first level. The T house has 2 children bedrooms, one communal area and a double height master bedroom, opening to reveal the roof structure. Above the kid’s bedrooms is an attic with one bedroom suite.
