Alaska Building in Netherlands by KOW

The Alaska Building created for Visser & Smit Bouw, Modulus Projectontwikkeling by Netherlands architecture office KOW. This building have 30.000 m2 of office spaces and 11.000 m2 of underground parking. A glass volume is a logical translation of a large program within the requirements of the masterplan and historic boundaries of a relatively small plot of land. The urban planning context and the indepth plans ask for a large degree of transparency in the façades.

Architecture Design of B199 Residential Building in Turkey by Oncuoglu Architecture

Turkey based Architecture firm Oncuoglu Architecture commissioned design new mixed-used building in 74.500 m² gross Construction Area of Istanbul City. This building will be used for residence, retail, and office space in Turkey. The project is mainly composed of residences which are designed detached from the ground level and located on the upper floors. The level difference of seven meters between two sides of the site enabled to design three storey office and showroom spaces under ground level with direct connection from the outside.
