Architecture Design of Digital Media City (DCM) Tower Seoul-South Korea by SOM

Digital Media City (DCM) Landmark Tower Seoul will be completed at 2014 and became the second tallest building in the world. This building situated at the north of the Han River- Seoul, designed by Samoo Architects & Engineer for Skidmore, Owings and Merrill LLP (SOM) and will have 640 m high just 180 metres shorter than Burj Dubai. The tower will include businesses, residences, hotel rooms as well as a convention centre with 133 total floors.

Architectural Design of Cruz del Sur Building by Izquierdo Lehmann

Located in the capital city of Chile-Santiago, Chile based architects Izquierdo Lehmann design office tower building with a commercial complex in the base – Cruz del Sur Building. This building consists of 3,987 sqm site areas at the intersection of Apoquindo Av, main axis of Santiago, and Americo Vespucio Av, the capital’s circular beltway.

Restructure of Paul Valery High School Building by N+B Architectes

Located in Menton – France, N+B Architectes collaborated with Elodie Nourrigat & Jacques Brion re-design High School building – Paul Valery High School for Région Provence Alpes Côtes d’Azur. There are 900 sqm floor area restructured and 2,800 sqm of extension. The restructured and extension project took into account the notions of flexibility, coherence set in a specific environment and to enable the programmatic entities to be linked together around exterior spaces.

The Standard – Recently opened New York branch of the Standard Hotels offers some brazen contradictions.
