Architecture of Mississippi Blues Restaurant
The Mississippi Blues Restaurant is more just a restaurant in California. This stylist and artistic restaurant designed by San Fransisco based architects Stanley Saitowitz / Natoma Architects inc. Interior of this restaurant designed with ‘jazz’ atmosphere with many ornament there. Like the Missisipi river, this interior decorate with a single table meanders through the space – here everyone sits around and eats as a family. Above the table is an echo of brass pipes that cast light and deflect sound. One wall is the bar, the other an open kitchen with seating for diners to watch the theater of cooking.The table spills out into a small outdoor court with sidewalk views. The architects using the glamour gold color to give the prestigious of the art restaurant.
