This building called Block1, designed by dutch architecture office Group A, enhanced by the building’s all-round orientation and façades, which are punctuated by a large number of windows, making the building look bigger than it actually is. Located in Santiago Portugal, the Refuge Pavilion created by Francisco Portugal e Gomes collaborated with Fernando Gabriel. The project anticipates the rearrangement of an already existent construction annexed to a small house, in a refuge pavilion with 50 m². The implanting of the new building follows the limits of this existent construction in the west side, recycling small stone.
